Saving The Podcast

How To Save File to your Computer:

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the 'notes' section to where you see "Direct Download"
2. "Right-Click" on the file or hold down "ctrl" button while clicking the mouse.
   
3. On the pop-up menu, choose "Save Link As..."
4. This should allow you to choose a destination on your hard drive to save the file in AAC format
5. After you've chosen a location on your computer, open iTunes (or any music player you have), and just drag the file into the program so it will play or load into your library. 
   
6. Sync iPod
